Texas Rural Challenge – The UTSA Institute for Economic Development's Rural Business Program will host the second annual Texas Rural Challenge conference in San Marcos. The conference will focus on the challenges facing rural Texans. The goal of this event is to spur small business and economic growth in rural communities across Texas by providing leaders with practical and proven approaches to rural development. Solar Fest 2011 San Antonio Texas
Please join us for Solar Fest on Saturday, May 7th from 9am to 4pm. We invite the community out to enjoy live music, solar demonstrations, food, and fun under the live oaks of Maverick Park. An important annual event for South Texas, Solar Fest provides valuable information to the public about renewable energy technologies, the impact of sustainable living, and green building techniques.
